Kathleen Czako

Kathy Czako, originally from the US, spent over a decade working in sales and marketing in both the US and the Netherlands. After seeing the challenges Dutch professionals face when communicating in English, she launched Common Link in 2003—combining her business background with a passion for cross-cultural communication. ​ Since then, Kathy has helped professionals from diverse backgrounds communicate clearly and confidently in English, through personalized coaching, cultural insight, and real-world practice. In addition to her work with professionals, she has taught academic writing at the university level since 2005 and has supported thousands of international students. ​ Today, Kathy blends human connection with the power of AI—helping both professionals and university students use technology not just as a communication aid, but as a personalized learning tool.
